- Handle 300+ calls per day during peak seasons, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Prioritize solving customer problems effectively, aiming for a call time of 2 minutes or less while ensuring issues are resolved without call terminations.
- Maintain high attendance and punctuality, as this is crucial for the role.
- Utilize Microsoft systems proficiently for daily tasks including email, phone calls, and website navigation.
- Learn and use company-specific systems.
- At least 1 year of call center or customer support experience is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems and daily use of email, phone, and websites.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new company systems and processes.
