      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Gather and document pet medical information while scheduling appointments
      - Maintain productivity and quality standards while guiding sensitive conversations
      - Adhere to attendance, break times, and performance deadlines consistently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
      - Ability to learn custom software and programs quickly, including Gmail and Zoom
      - Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
      - High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
      - Must be punctual and present for scheduled shifts consistently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with customer service best practices in a veterinary or healthcare setting
      - Previous experience in a remote customer service role
      - Skills in managing emotional conversations with empathy and care
