What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate for patients and assist them in navigating the managed care system
- Resolve customer inquiries through multiple communication channels
- Maintain and update resources to ensure current information is available
- Coordinate special projects and events as needed
- Support the Call Center Team and internal departments in their operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of medical office or healthcare experience
- Experience with Epic systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
