What is Required (Qualifications):

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with financial services or lending processes
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
