What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inquiries from members and providers regarding insurance benefits, coverage, and premiums
- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Participate in outreach events and represent the company
- Assist in process improvement and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma with 1-3 years of office/business experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Claims processing experience in managed care
- Enrollment experience
- Experience in a healthcare-related service role
