      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational objectives
      - Collaborate with leadership to identify needs and guide the development of coaching and performance development programs
      - Provide coaching and training to Supervisors to support their development and success
      - Carry out transformation processes to secure future department success
      - Evaluate implemented processes and provide support to ensure effective results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing frontline managers in a high-volume sales or telemarketing environment
      - Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Coaching-first approach and a passion for building high-performing teams
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed
      - High-speed internet connection for remote work
