      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide consistent, quality customer service to both internal staff and external patients
      - Manage calls by taking ownership to enhance the customer experience
      - Schedule appointments and electronically transmit messages to the clinical team
      - Answer questions regarding medication refills while maintaining confidentiality
      - Demonstrate proficiency in data entry and knowledge of insurance billing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Certification with 1 year of experience
      - Experience in a call center or busy phone system
      - Strong customer service experience with excellent verbal communication skills
      - Ability to multitask and demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electronic appointment scheduling
      - Familiarity with remote work requirements, including access to reliable, high-speed internet
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting
