What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide exceptional service and address inquiries
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update records as needed

- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
