      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and drive a culture of business excellence while ensuring staff are informed and trained to exceed customer expectations
      - Train new and existing call center staff on policies and workflows, acting as a Subject Matter Expert
      - Handle complex patient scheduling issues and manage calls during high volume periods
      - Perform Quality Assurance activities, including evaluation and documentation of call performance
      - Foster an environment of constant improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - Bilingual in English/Spanish required
      - Proven ability to work as part of a team and manage simultaneous tasks
      - Advanced proficiency with MS Windows and Office applications (Word and Excel)
      - Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
