      Call Center Team Lead: Reports to the Call Center Supervisor.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide coaching and feedback to frontline schedulers in regards to improved behavior, quality, accuracy, technique and final output. Catching Schedulers doing things right and correcting behavior where there is room to improve a behavior.
      • Making sure your Schedulers are where they are supposed to be, in the status they should be in.
      • Manage staff’s daily schedule and coordinate lunch and break schedules.
      • Attend all required team meetings and in-service training sessions.
      • Working with your team to ensure accuracy is job one.
      • Manage daily reports regarding prior day goals and targets.
      • Make outbound calls, takes inbound calls and/or works with patients in person to schedule patients for radiological exams.
      • Ensuring that your team members appropriately and professional answers telephone calls within 2 rings.
      • Ensures that your team is asking pertinent questions and explaining exam preparation procedures to patients.
      • Making sure that your team is greeting patients in a professional, interested and pleasant manner.
      • Verify your team’s accuracy of patient’s information in the EMR.
      • Cross train personnel and become proficient in additional duties as requested by Leadership.
      • Assist with the training of new team members.
      • Work closely with other personnel to promote team work and foster a positive environment.
      • Complete special projects or assignments as requested by the Call Center Supervisor / Manager or leadership team.
      • Perform all other scheduling related duties accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
      • This role would be in the West Valley of Phoenix with the ability to work some remotely.
