What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet patients and visitors, providing assistance and direction as needed
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, routing calls appropriately
- Explain financial requirements to patients and collect copays as required
- Perform registration functions for new and existing patients
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient confidentiality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or similar role, handling incoming patient calls and scheduling appointments
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Strong customer service skills, especially over the phone
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
