Job Title: Call Centre Customer Service
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: 3+ Months
Daily Responsibilities:
Role requires 80% phone component, 20% Back-office Process, agent will be assigned either back-office process or to take call calls and during the day may be required to go back and forth between both.
