      What you need to qualify

      A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; AND four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.

      OR

      Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.

      Essential Attributes

      We are looking for candidates with:

      • Experience navigating Salesforce technology system and other IT software.
      • Experience to encompass all phases of the IT lifecycle, from initial planning through implementation and maintenance.
      • Experience creating detailed, accurate, and retraceable documentation while managing and communicating changes effectively to ensure and maintain system integrity and compliance.
      • Experience adjusting communication style to receiving audience.
      • Experience identifying problems and solutions through a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach.

      Your Duties at a Glance

      Oregon Eligibility Partnership (OEP) provides direction and resources to everyone working to determine eligibility for people in Oregon applying for and receiving medical, food, cash and childcare benefits through the ONE eligibility system. OEP is a critical part of the eligibility process that moves beyond integration and equality, to focus on equity of services and providing timely, accurate, and necessary eligibility determinations through a person-centered approach.

      As a CAM Senior Business Analyst, you will:

      • Maintain a work environment that respects, understands, and honors the lived experiences of our clients, colleagues, and communities we serve.
      • Track and facilitate the resolution of all incidents within CAM system. Including tracking the type of incident, severity, and priority. Agreed solution, testing, data restoration, and system stabilization.
      • Leads efforts to identify the root cause of incidents.
      • Collaborates with technical teams to analyze system logs, performance data and other relevant information to determining the underlying issues and level of impact of identified incidents.
      • Analyze detailed requirements and functional documentation for incident resolution for both the short term and long-term solutions.
      • Use incident data to identify patterns and trends, contributing to preventive measures.
      • Maintain comprehensive documentation of incident details including timelines, actions taken and resolutions.
      • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to incident management.
      • Facilitate post incident review to analyze system for potential data errors. Works with data teams to identify data issues, steps to restore data accuracy and procedural options. Provide guidance to stakeholder on options to restore data integrity.
      • Engage with Stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements for ongoing system maintenance and development.
      • Ensure that business requirements are clear, complete, and align with business goals.

      Working Conditions

      • Work is performed through technology and computer-based software. This is a remote work position. Reliable internet is required. The CAM system is an IT solution that is built on the Salesforce technology platform and uses government cloud security. It requires collaborations with various teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors. The CAM system contains level 3 data. The remove work environment requires privacy and protection of confidential information. Your work location must allow for screen security, private conversations, and protections of all access to ODHS State systems, data information. Work may include long periods of sitting and standing. Frequent use of common office technology, including phones, computers, camera, and online software, etc. May require infrequent travel. Overtime may be required during peak periods of project work.
