      Req#: 2505167
The CCM organization is customer obsessed, and our customers include all Amazon advertisers. We consider the needs of all our advertising customers, and we strive to delight them through our creative and campaign services.

You are a significant and autonomous contributor, delivering high-quality results. You are able to manage complex campaigns (from pre-sales to post-sales stages), where the strategy is already defined. You are data-driven. You deliver insights at the brand level. You use your creative expertise to design the right campaign to meet advertiser needs, goals, and timelines. You help determine the right launch approach. You partner with advertisers and internal stakeholders (e.g., account team , design teams, ad operations, ad policy, etc.) to scope campaign efforts, recommend products, set priorities, milestones, and drive timely delivery. You audit, monitor, and review campaign and creative performance of your accounts(s), updating project plans to make sure actions remain optimal for shared goals. You provide insights that inform creative decisions and drive increased performance (current and future campaigns). You educate advertisers on ad policy, historical experiences (past performance) and creative-insight testing results. You evaluate creative performance in the post-sales phase to make recommendations to advertisers. You may identify new opportunities for your accounts.

You focus on a great advertiser experience. You accelerate campaign progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, and escalating appropriately (e.g., critical situations, when advertiser sentiment is trending negative, etc). You are proficient at transforming raw thoughts into clear, consistent, accurate documentation and/or direction. You effectively present concepts to advertisers, managers, and leadership. You answer in detail. You make internal and external connections, making sure the right people are part of the right conversations at the right time. You plan effectively for the unexpected and ensure solutions are delivered. You troubleshoot issues, identify and clear blockers, and mitigate risks. You are able to recognize when a proposed campaign may be too complex or when advertiser expectations may not be met. You provide alternative recommendations (e.g., rolling launch vs. complete campaign launch).

You may be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., optimize advertiser efficiency, streamline cross-team workflows, improve campaign consistency in other locales, etc.). You identify gaps to improve our products. You may manage the output quality of creative partners, preserving the high bar that ensures a positive customer and/or advertiser experience. You may be working on your subject matter expertise. You have good working relationships with stakeholders, managers, and peers. You recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve them. You help recruit and interview for your team. You begin to mentor.
