      Campaign Management Coordinator are our ads specialists! They work side by side with Campaign Managers, and as part of the digital fulfillment team, they are responsible for day-to-day execution and administration of multiple social advertising campaigns. The selected candidate is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and craft smart and quality ads that align with our clients’ advertising goals.


      Responsibilities:

      • Track and record advertising spend and performance to ensure all campaigns are fulfilled on budget.
      • Suggest and research social media strategies to deliver high performing campaigns that align with clients’ advertising goals and products features.
      • Provide critical support to new and ongoing campaigns.
      • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and platform changes.
      • Help to define and evolve workflow processes, procedures and tools in order to increase team efficiency.
      • Attend monthly touchpoint calls and serve as subject matter expert and educational resource for clients and sales team.
      • Tailor Facebook and Instagram campaigns for a high spend multi-industry national client portfolio.
      • Provide campaigns reports and share insights on key metrics of campaign performance.

      What do you need to be a campaign management coordinator at Yellow Pages?

      Qualifications:

      • Degree level education or equivalent • 1 year related experience in social media, writing, editing, communications or marketing
      • An understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices
      • Familiar with Facebook’s analytics tools, such as Ads Manager and Business Manager, and Instagram’s insight tools.
      • Comfortable explaining complex social media concepts to clients over the phone.
      • This position involves DAILY interactions with clients or internal and/or external professionals at

        the national level. Therefore, BILINGUALISM in French and English is required
