We’re looking for experienced ad ops professionals looking to be a part of a global advertising team with rapidly growing sales goals and expanding responsibilities. You will report to the Ad Operations Manager for EMEA as part of a team of six Campaign Managers.
Key job responsibilities
* Manage campaigns from order building to inventory management to trafficking creatives and reporting.
* Communicate campaign performance with sales and client services, recommending strategic optimisation changes to achieve client expectations.
* Troubleshoot campaign and creative issues using debugging tools and working with 3rd party vendors.
* Understand ad technologies as it pertains to Twitch and the ad serving ecosystems.
* Maintain individual workload and task priority.
A day in the life
Twitch Ad Operations are responsible for fulfilling campaign delivery, based on customers advertising budgets. This involves building, prioritising and tracking line items and creative assets for all media in the ad server. We monitor inventory availability and proactively make optimisations throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure each campaign fulfils our commitments to agencies and advertisers. We are responsible for monitoring and communicating campaign delivery updates to stakeholders. Ad Operations utilise both their strategic and technical expertise to advise on how to run operationally efficient campaigns, providing optimisation recommendations on how best resolve campaign delivery issues minimising impact on revenue.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
London, GBR- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization
- Knowledge of DSP within ad platform architecture (bidding engines, second-price vs first-price auctions, pixel and tag managers, cookies, viewability, etc.)
- 2+ years of programmatic advertising experience- Experience in e-commerce or online advertising
- Experience with Excel
