What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop recruitment strategies to identify potential campus ambassador candidates
- Conduct information sessions and workshops to educate students about the program
- Coordinate recruitment events and interview candidates for suitability
- Establish communication channels with ambassadors and collaborate on campaigns
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in student recruitment or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Enthusiastic demeanor with a desire to meet and exceed goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with area geography and target schools
- Experience in test preparation, admissions, or education space
