    • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors and responding to inquiries in a supportive and inclusive manner
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and events
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
    • Maintain accurate records: student attendance, grades, student performance data, and other essential data
    • Prepare and distribute reports, newsletters, website updates and other communications to students, parents and staff
    • Confidentially utilize school information systems to input and retrieve data as needed
    • Order and maintain office supplies and instructional materials
    • Performs duties relating to students such as scheduling, coordinating transportation, administering medications, responding to accidents and other daily student issues as they arise
    • Prepares and issues building designated purchase orders; maintains financial books for staff, student and building accounts; prepares and records deposits
    • Develops and maintains relationships with community partners who support community-based learning experiences
    • Maintains school/student/staff reports and records

    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with other educators, parents, and community members to foster a student-centered learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and problem-solving

    • Provide instructional support and monitor students, individually or in groups, with assigned interventions
    • Prepare instructional materials and resources as directed by the teaching team
    • Collect student performance data; analyze student progress toward objectives, expectations and goals using this data
    • Observe, monitor and record student performance and behavior; assists in assessing student learning needs based on their performance in individual or group instructional settings; implementing plans for instruction; making recommendations for improved instruction
    • Supervise students during non-instructional times such as recess, lunch or study halls
    • Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environmen
    • Ensures a safe, pleasant, and effective educational atmosphere, provides discipline as necessary, and enforces school policy
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
    • Ability to obtain a North Dakota Teaching License

      Position Purpose
      The Self-Directed Academy Campus Coordinator is an integral member of our team who supports both the administrative and educational functions of the school. The individual in this position will assist teachers in the classroom, support students with their academic and behavioral needs, and perform clerical duties to ensure smooth administrative operations on campus.

      Responsibilities

      1. Clerical - Percent of Time - 50%
