      Description:

      The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for filling positions for the internship and Coop program. Our client has 3 internship sessions per year and the recruiter will be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers to understand the needs and sourcing the best talent available. They are also expected to build and maintain good working relationships with the universities they are supporting.

      Responsibilities:

      - This person will be working with a group of hiring managers (Approximately 50 – 75 at any given time) and they will be responsible for filling coop and internship positions. They will be responsible for filling positions mostly in Canada (Mostly Longueil location but could be supporting Ontario).

      - There are roughly 75 positions to fill per session and there are 3 sessions per year which means the volume is quite high.

      - This person will be responsible for qualifying the role, establishing a timeline with hiring manager and sourcing the talent.

      - There are no specific KPI’s but the expectation is they are filling all open requirements.

      - These jobs will be posted on campuses universities which means they get a lot of applicants. This person will be mainly filtering and screening.

      - This person does not do any phone or interview, the coordinator will be scheduling the interview. This person is mainly responsible for screening CVs and submitting the best possible CVs to the hiring manager.

      - This person is also responsible for developing good relationships with the schools and travelling to events. There are career fairs 3x a year and they will be assigned a portfolio of 4-5 schools to oversee.

      - Relationship development expectation: They need to build relationships with the universities to help with branding and marketing.

      - They will be responsible for travelling to local MTL schools. They do not necessarily need a driver’s license, travel expensing.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications:

      Must Haves:

      o 2+ years of work experience (Recruiting, HR, Communications, Education field).

      o Education: Bachelor’s preferred but not required. Minimum DEC.

      o Perfectly bilingual- French and English (Written & Spoken)

      Assets:

      1. Previous HR/Recruitment Experience

      2. Internship experience, especially in Aerospace/Manufacturing environment
