Role Description: The Regional Campus Recruiter will be a part larger regional TAG team. Will be responsible for strategizing Campus hiring initiatives for the region. It involves engaging with the institute representatives, students and create mindshare to be the employer of choice. The Campus recruiter shall devise strategies based on market trends and internal analytics to fulfil the business requirements for all Technical and Management graduate hiring. Also engage with the Business Units in helping them achieve the Line of Business/ Technology hiring and work with all the concerned stakeholders in engaging with offered students to increase the joining ratio.
The Campus recruiter should also be able to strategize various digital engagements to engage, attract and hire best talent from academic institutes.
Areas of responsibility include:
· Design and execution of Pre & Post Offer Student Engagement strategy
· Strategize and contribute to effective branding initiatives at institutes within the region.
· Responsible for Campus recruitment target achievement of offers and joiners.
· Planning and Coordinating Engineering, Management, Science Graduate, Design, ICWAI, ICAI and any other fresh graduate hiring in the region.
· Engaging BU leadership for driving niche skill hiring in the region
· Organizing and promoting participation for TCS Flagship contests like EngiNX, Codevita, EnQuode, HackQuest, Inframind, HumAIn etc.
· Connect with senior leadership in the branch to ensure an effective pipeline of speakers at various events.
· Promote "TCS Campus channel" as the leading social media learning platform.
· Managing internships/ remote internships
· Analytics on recruitment trends & market intelligence in the region: Joining ratio, ILP Performance, Competitor hiring trends, etc.
