      Job Description Summary

      Cushman & Wakefield’s Early-in-Career (EIC) team is hiring a Campus Recruiter to source, attract, select, and hire interns, graduates and entry-level talent across our Asia-Pacific (APAC) offices - excluding India. This role will be responsible for developing relationships with universities alongside business leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, demanding professional environment. They must also have superior program management and organizational skills, as they will be managing the various resources, programming and initiatives of our global intern program. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a process improvement mind set. This role will reside in Manila, Philippines.

      Job Description

      Responsibilities

      • Manage high volume, full life-cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines in all of APAC (excluding India)

      • Source for multiple searches and support several hiring managers simultaneously

      • Partner with the Business to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining, and urgent requisitions

      • Generate a diverse candidate pipeline using various sourcing methods including job boards, student organizations, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, referrals, advertising, etc.

      • Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure future talent needs are met

      • Conduct phone interviews with applicants to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications and are an organizational fit for C&W

      • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position, delivering a positive candidate experience through timely updates

      • Stay up-to-date on new sourcing tools, best practices, and how the team can best utilize these recruiting and networking tools

      • Be a C&W ambassador to attract top talent to the Company

      • Assist with managing and growing our employment brand and recruiting presence across social media channels

      • Manage and support the various in-person and virtual resources, programming and initiatives of our global intern program (e.g., orientation, Intern Handbook Guides, speaker series, networking events, contest series, mentor program, etc.)

      • Ensure HR Systems like ATS and CRM are leveraged, TA metrics are in high quality and global best practices are being shared and leveraged in country.

      • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree

      • 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 year of prior university recruitment (hiring interns / early in career talent)

      • Ideal candidate will have experience with both candidate recruitment and business development side of the recruiting desk

      • Experience managing large-scale events and programs (virtual and in-person)

      • Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills

      • Technology savvy including social media and process mapping

      • Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus

      • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required

      • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential
