- Source, screen, and interview candidates for full-time and internship opportunities
- Drive campus recruitment strategies, coordinating events and partnerships with top U.S. universities
- Build strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Organize and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events (some travel required)
- Manage applicant tracking, hiring metrics, and recruitment reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer branding and hiring initiatives
- 1+ year experience in corporate recruitment, campus hiring, agency search, or working with undergraduate populations (career services, admissions, etc.)
- Passionate about talent acquisition and excited to build relationships with high-potential candidates
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.3 GPA
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for campus events
