      Lead Recruiter, Legal Recruiting & Embedded Partnerships

      Title: Campus Recruiter – Fast-Growing Global Firm

      Salary: $80,000 base + up to 5% performance-based bonus

      Our client, a leading global information services firm is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join its high-energy Talent Acquisition Team in San Francisco! This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a passion for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent from premier universities. As a key player in full-cycle recruitment, you will develop and execute strategic hiring initiatives, coordinate on-campus events, and work closely with hiring managers to support the firm's high-growth trajectory.

      Responsibilities:

      1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for full-time and internship opportunities
      2. Drive campus recruitment strategies, coordinating events and partnerships with top U.S. universities
      3. Build strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience
      4. Organize and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events (some travel required)
      5. Manage applicant tracking, hiring metrics, and recruitment reporting
      6. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer branding and hiring initiatives

      Qualifications:

      1. 1+ year experience in corporate recruitment, campus hiring, agency search, or working with undergraduate populations (career services, admissions, etc.)
      2. Passionate about talent acquisition and excited to build relationships with high-potential candidates
      3. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
      4. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with excellent attention to detail
      5. Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.3 GPA
      6. Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for campus events
