- Provide exceptional experiences for prospective students and families visiting ECU’s campus
- Schedule prospective student tour offerings
- Work with marketing and communications team to deliver clear pre- and post-tour communication
- Deliver information sessions associated with the campus visit program
- The position will work closely with groups to facilitate group tour experiences including scheduling and staffing
- Connect with local stakeholders to promote and deliver group tours to local schools
- Utilize campus partners to execute specialty visits programming, for example, local community-based organizations bringing groups of students
- Responsible for ECU’s Pirate Navigator program, which utilizes 40-50 students to facilitate campus tours
- Administering this program includes the hiring process, supervision, mentoring, ongoing training, and Kronos time review/approval
- Serve on a variety of university committees, representing the Office of Undergraduate Admissions where appropriate, as well as other duties as assigned by supervisor.
The Campus Visit Coordinator will serve as an integral part of the Admissions team, is passionate about ECU and sharing everything ECU has to offer with prospective students, and is knowledgeable about the prospective student search experience and decision-making process. Some evenings and weekends should be expected.
