Job Description

- Rotating through different teams (2 months in Operations, 2 months in Sales/Marketing)
- Marketing & Sales, Product Development, and Operations within the Automotive Finance Industry
- Support the team by managing business-as-usual updates and new requests for resources and supporting material.
- Work with business partners on the creation of relevant, timely material.
- Marketing and internal/external communications
- Managing dealer agreements
- Support sales team, pricing, and product team, and credit team with special projects
- Employment engagement activities
- You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
- You have a high level of competency with MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a team-player with a positive attitude.
- You can manage multiple tasks at once with high attention to detail and are adaptable with priorities.
- You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and competitions
- Previous event planning experience is preferred, but not required.
- You’ll be part of a diverse, collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team.
- You will rotate between two different roles within a 4 month term.
- In-depth training to prepare you for the role, as well as ongoing coaching and feedback to help you succeed!
