What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide programmatic development for large strategic and cross-functional improvement programs for the Cancer Network and Cancer Care Services
- Manage, assess, and document project scope and program utilizing standard templates
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and design creative solutions for operational challenges
- Create software programs or dashboards to monitor operational and financial metrics for cancer care service programs
- Foster collaboration between various departments and physician groups within the cancer network
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy Administration, or a directly-related field from an accredited college
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare performance improvement, program development, data analytics, and project management
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and in various situations
- Knowledge of Lean, JIT, Six Sigma, and Flow Manufacturing techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project, and Outlook

- Experience in health care performance improvement and program development
- Familiarity with financial analysis and management in a healthcare setting
- Proven ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting
