As a Barclays Early Careers Campus Recruitment Specialist, you will join the Talent Acquisition team which is responsible for delivering UK/EMEA candidate acquisition activities for all Programmatic channels. In your role, you will work with several Talent Acquisition functions to ensure our services are being delivered against the strategy. You will join a knowledgeable team, where you will work with the HR colleagues across the business to effectively ensure the delivery of a great candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experience.

What will you be doing?
• Delivering aligned UK candidate acquisition activities for varying aligned Programmatic channels
• Partnering with the business and working in conjunction with Programmatic Planning teams, agreeing and attending a calendar of events
• Implementing and ensuring the execution of our attraction and assessment efforts that are in line with both firm goals and individual pathway goals
• Educating stakeholders on our recruitment strategy and value proposition, and engaging them in our efforts
• Implementing and executing assessment processes that will achieve firm goals while allowing for all Programmatic channels to effectively source for individualised programming
• Ensuring the effective delivery of the candidate attraction strategy derived from data analysis and a deep knowledge of universities and organisations
• Coaching and training team members in relation to Programme Support activities as required
• Managing the end-to-end responsibilities for candidates and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
• Experience working in Early Careers Campus Recruitment is essential
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, in order to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Good knowledge of the current internal and external recruitment landscape, with a desire to further learn the regional end-to-end recruitment processes
• Creative thinker and willing to travel, with desire to consistently improve the quality of the candidate experience

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Excellent organisational and administration skills, and ability to multitask and solve problems while focusing on solutions
• Excellent Microsoft office skills, in particular MS Excel, with ability to analyse data and insights
• Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience in managing direct reports
