      We are looking for an full-time Edibles Technician who can perform the duties below in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures.

      In this role you will…

      • Support the Supervisor and Lead with prepping, cooking and depositing of facility consumables and products on a regular basis.

      • Accurately prepare ingredients, workstations, and equipment for production.
      • Correctly infuse by accurately weighing and thoroughly mixing ingredients.
      • Ensure proper storage of all facility consumables and products; Store food products in compliance with safety standards.
      • Perform visual quality inspections on products with regularity; Focus on waste minimization and reduction, as possible.
      • Accurately read, record, and communicate all kitchen data including product counts, product measurements, and product weights.
      • Ensure that the production department is clean and sanitary every day. Equipment and tools are cleaned and sanitized. Floors are cleaned, scraped and mopped daily. All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized the start and end of every day.
      • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work space.
      • Maintain compliance with state regulations, enforce company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

      Skills and experience you have...

      • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
      • Previous experience in food production or kitchen environment strongly desired.
      • Familiarity with kitchen production procedures.
      • Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate kitchen equipment.
      • Ability to complete works in a timely manner and continually strive to increase productivity.
      • Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
      • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/or holidays.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
      • Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills.
      • Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check.
