  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Administer and track funding for unbudgeted capital improvement projects and suite turnover expenses
  - Manage and process a high volume of funding requests from community teams and departments
  - Serve as the central point of contact for communication between community teams and capital partners
  - Evaluate proposals and ensure compliance with the organization’s Asset Capitalization Policy
  - Generate reports on capital requests and spending trends to support strategic oversight
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in capital budgeting, project management, or fund management
  - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Background in capital budgeting, construction, facilities maintenance, or interior design preferred
  - Experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or hospitality is a plus
  - Experience reviewing project scopes, cost estimates, or funding justifications in a capital planning environment
