What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and track funding for unbudgeted capital improvement projects and resident suite turnover expenses
- Manage the processing of high volumes of funding requests through an online portal and email
- Serve as the primary liaison between community teams, regional leadership, and capital partners
- Facilitate the capital approval process with Sunrise leadership and external partners
- Monitor project expenditures and generate reports on spending trends to support strategic oversight
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in capital budgeting, project management, or fund management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in capital budgeting, construction, facilities maintenance, or interior design
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or hospitality
- Experience reviewing project scopes, cost estimates, or funding justifications in a capital planning environment
