      We are currently looking for a CapEx Project Manager to join our Swedish based CapEx Project Management Team within the global Engineering & Technology organisation. As CapEx Project Manager, you will report to the Senior CapEx Manager for Sweden and could be coordinating projects at several Arla Foods production sites . The role will require travel to any of the 11 Arla production sites in Sweden/Finland, location is flexible as long as it is near to any of the Arla production sites or offices in the region. Ideal locations could be Stockholm, Linköping, Jönköping, Västra Götaland or Helsinki.

      How you will make an impact

      The CapEx Project Manager is responsible for supporting our Supply Chain organization with world class execution of CapEx projects to deliver initiatives such as new product launches, capacity increases and cost improvements across our manufacturing sites in Sweden and Finland. In the Project Manager role, you will either drive medium sized investment projects individually or take part in larger projects delivering your specific work stream.

      Principal duties and responsibilities:

      • Define and drive alignment across key stakeholders for key project success criteria in terms of Productivity, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
      • Develop, align and execute detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resource and risk to deliver the project success criteria, taking a very hands on approach
      • Working with Procurement, develop, align and execute detailed project sourcing strategies
      • Manage project funding process
      • Assemble and manage the project teams (both internal and external resources) to ensure successful execution of the project against the project plan
      • Manage project changes through the right change management processes
      • Manage project communication amongst the project team and key stakeholders
      • Support Operations through project Commissioning / Start-up

      What will make you successful

      To be successful in this role we believe you have:

      • Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (or related field). Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical / project management role with a proven track record of delivering medium / large sized / complex technical projects
      • Passion for project management and equipment technologies in a manufacturing environment
      • Strong communication (oral and written) and organisational skills
      • Ability to deal with and manage uncertainty
      • Capability to work autonomously and operate in a collaborative project environment
      • Team player with good network building skills
      • Fluent in English and Swedish (oral and written)
      • Cost conscious and global mindset
      • Having a driver’s license and willingness to travel is an advantage
