What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
- Drive business expansion by increasing market share in existing accounts through strong customer relationships
- Identify and prioritize high-value customer capacity expansion opportunities for further development
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that address customer needs
- Report and communicate high-value business opportunities and strategies to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years’ experience in providing products and services to Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or General Industrial industries
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or equivalent experience
- Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Spanish or bilingual is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in filtration and separation product sales
- Familiarity with energy transition solutions
- Capital equipment sales experience to end users or EPCs
- Experience using CRM tools
