The program is designed to give participants broad exposure to key areas within the Company. Analysts develop in-depth financial modeling, deal flow and negotiation skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The Financial Management Program is a three-year program, based in our Columbia, South Carolina office. The program is designed to give participants broad exposure to key areas within the Company. Analysts develop in-depth financial modeling, deal flow and negotiation skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The program facilitates integrated, hands-on experiences with exposure to all departments in the company. Analysts work on projects spanning across many different departments and potentially across multiple offices to gain maximum exposure to the finance and real estate worlds. The program begins in our Columbia office for finance, capital markets, and investments training.
After successful completion of the three-year program, Analysts will be eligible for promotion to Associate in one of several areas, such as Capital Markets, Investment Management, Development or Leasing. EDENS will actively support the successful Analyst’s career development and advancement during and after the program. Analyst start the program in our Columbia, SC office for 1-2 years for training before relocating to another office in the portfolio including Boston, Washington DC, Atlanta, Columbia, Miami, Dallas, and Denver.
While in the program, Analysts will work closely with executive management as well as various teams in order to provide analytics, research and executive support. The program will be tailored to each individual based on skills and interests. EDENS recognizes that candidates for FMP come from diverse academic backgrounds and will provide the necessary training in finance, commercial real estate and excel that is needed to be successful in the role. Potential projects will be in Finance & Capital Markets, Investments, and Development which could include Leasing and Marketing.
