      We have an exciting opportunity for a Capital Transactions Analyst to be part of our high-performing Capital Transactions team within the Investment Management business at Lendlease.

      As Capital Transactions Analyst, you will play a key role in assisting to identify, underwrite, and execute on and off market real estate acquisitions and disposals for existing and new funds and mandates across a range of sectors which include office, industrial and logistics, retail and living. You’ll support the Head of Capital Transactions and Origination and Capital Transactions Managers with financial analysis, market research, investor presentations, and due diligence – helping to drive strategy and growth for the business.

      As an integral part of our Capital Transactions team, you’ll work closely with the Asset Management and Funds teams to help shape asset and portfolio strategy. You’ll contribute to active portfolio management and help drive investment performance.

      The skills you’ll need:

      • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Business, Finance or related disciplines.

      • Experience in the commercial real estate sector through funds/investment management, valuation, development or investment banking.

      • Strong skills in financial modelling which include developing and maintaining financial models to analyse investment opportunities, performance calculations and asset valuation.

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

      • Ability to collate information to present and influence audiences balancing quantitative and qualitative evidence.

      • Team player focused on working collaboratively within and across teams.
