What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve cardmember inquiries related to fraud or security concerns
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and other departments
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Ensure proper follow-up or escalation of accounts based on call outcomes
- Complete fraud verifications and reports for unauthorized account activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Quiet workspace for remote work with a minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle inbound servicing calls and complete necessary fraud verification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fraud or security-related role
- Additional certifications in customer service or related fields
