- Resolve cardmember inquiries related to fraud or security concerns
- Manage risk and escalate customer issues as needed
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent customer service skills
- Verify account activity and complete fraud reports when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Quiet workspace for remote work
- Minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial services or related industry
- Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention techniques
