      We’re seeking candidates across the U.S. for a program that will be primarily based in Minnesota. Candidates will be expected to be mobile throughout the duration of the program, as the nature of the program may require travel or relocation to fulfill the role’s responsibilities effectively. Relocation assistance can be discussed during the recruitment process.

      About the program:

      The Cardiology Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is designed to develop recently graduated talented professionals with Engineering and Science majors into future business leaders through challenging assignments within Cardiology Marketing and Sales organizations.

      This accelerated program seeks to bring best-in-class learning and growth experiences, with high leadership visibility, to those with less than three years of industry experience. Boston Scientific Cardiology’s two - three-year rotational program will expose participants to a complex, demanding curriculum heavily weighted in real-life experiences and dynamic, real-time coaching and mentoring.

      Participants will complete two 12-18-month rotations within our sales and marketing functions. The order will be based on business need and participant background. In both rotations, participants will contribute to addressing real-world challenges and drive innovations that transform the way business is conducted.

      The CLDP is open to all eligible graduates regardless of age, including new career professionals and veterans who returned to school.

      Eligible candidates should have:

      • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Science; a combination of one of these and Business is preferred.

      • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 to showcase academic excellence.

      • A recent graduate (within the last two-three years, except for veterans who have been completing military service obligations, who will have up to six years after degree completion to apply) with at least three months of professional work experience in a related field, including co-op, internships, or post-graduate employment.

      • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and extracurricular involvement to strengthen the application.

      • A genuine interest in pursuing multifunctional assignments across the global Cardiology Division.

      • Geographic flexibility within the U.S. throughout the duration of the program.

      • Hold permanent U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship.
