      Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.

      This job is ON - SITE.

      This position is eligible for a $7K sign-on bonus!

      FTE: 1.00

      Shift: Shift 1

      Full time, 8-hour days, 40 hours per week. There are varying start times (7, 8, 9am, possibly later) depending on scheduled procedures. Rotating weekend call along with rotating holiday call is also required. Overtime may be required depending on the schedule.

      Job Summary:

      Full time position in the Cardiac Cath lab. Working with the providers for all Cardiac cases involving the heart. Including, but not limited to: R/LHC, PCI,s EMBX, CTO /CHIP procedures, ASD / PFO procedures, structural heart (TAVRS / Mitral Clips, TMVRS), etc. Will also Learn Electrophysiology procedures. Must be able to wear lead, work as a team, and display professional behavior in a sometimes-stressful environment. Must be flexible in a patient centric environment. Patient care is always our priority

      Prepares for and assists physician in all procedures done in the Cardiovascular Lab. Other duties as assigned.

      EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

      Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist program or two years of field experience as an allied Health professional such as CVT, Radiology Tech, Anesthesia Tech or Paramedic is required.

      EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

      High School diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist program is preferred

      LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

      American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within three months of hire.
      American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within nine months of hire.
