- At least 2 years experience of working with individuals with a physical or mental health disability is essential.
- Experience and knowledge around how to support older people with activities.
- Support with Personal Care where required.
- The ability to encourage individuals to participate in activities.
- Willingness to achieve NVQ 2 in care or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job summary
We are looking for a Care Assistant at Willow Gardens.
As well as providing a personal care service, you will be expected to provide support with activities such as creative arts, the celebration of diverse calander events throughout the year. Support with other activities such as gentle exercise, Bingo, games, booking of entertainment and outings.
Main duties of the job
The post is 18 hours 4 days a week including bank holidays, which can be subject to change to meet the Service needs.
Requirements:
An enhanced barring DBS check will be required for this role.
Interviews will be held on 2nd April 2025.
