Job summary
EiP Care Coordinator Band 6 - EIP services continue to develop in Durham and Darlington. We require a highly motivated practitioner to join a dynamic team providing and promoting early identification and intervention for people with psychosis between the ages of 14 and working age adult.
You will be an innovative, creative, practitioner, wanting to develop yourself but also able to contribute to the on-going development of the service.
Applications are invited from those with a relevant professional qualification eg RMN/DipSW, Diploma/Degree in OT or equivalent, who has the ability to work independently and within a team. The post holder will be responsible for supervised care co-ordination and co-working of identified clients - This post will be working predominantly with our clients over 14 years of age, ensuring appropriate assessments, intervention and treatment within programs of care.
The post offers a challenging opportunity to work in a creative and innovative service in an enjoyable and stimulating area of clinical practice.

About us
Within the role the successful candidate will be provided the opportunity to rapidly complete training associated within role. This will include training in the use of Comprehensive Assessment of At Risk Mental States and Autism assessments.
Regular supervision will be provided along with supportive management and caseload supervision.
