What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to Molina members and schedule appointments with Nurse Practitioners
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting call center metrics
- Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical record
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent customer service, active listening, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
- Experience in customer service or call center, preferably in healthcare
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Experience in outbound appointment setting or similar services
