What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide care coordination and support services to assigned youth
- Assess needs and strengths of youth and participate in crisis assessments
- Complete Crisis Prevention Plans and Safety Plans with families
- Link families with appropriate services and monitor progress
- Maintain regular contact with an active caseload and complete required documentation accurately and timely

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related human service field
- 2 years of documented clinical experience in a mental health setting under supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Must reside in Illinois or Wisconsin

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a recovery support specialist or family partnership professional
- Occupational therapy assistant license with experience in mental health setting
- Completion of behavioral health technician certification with clinical experience
