      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide care coordination and support services to assigned youth and document appropriately
      - Assess the needs and strengths of assigned youth, participating in mobile crisis assessments
      - Complete Crisis Prevention Plans and Crisis Safety Plans with youth and their families
      - Maintain regular contact with an active caseload and meet frequency deadlines
      - Collaborate with treatment teams to develop, review, and update treatment goals and referrals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in counseling and guidance, social work, psychology, or related human service field
      - Bachelor's degree in any other field with two years of documented clinical experience in a mental health setting
      - Valid driver's license
      - Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of documented clinical experience in mental health or human services
      - Completion of specific certifications or training relevant to mental health services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Recovery support specialist certification in good standing
      - Family partnership professional certificate in good standing
      - Occupational therapy assistant license with experience in a mental health setting
      - Completion of a behavioral health technician or psychiatric training certification
      - Meeting the requirements of a Qualified Mental Health Professional or above
