Overview
Care Manager – Four Day Work Week
Position Highlights:
Salary: $50,000/year for Bachelor’s degree; $45,000/year for Associate’s degree/High School Diploma
Work Schedule: Hybrid flexible four or five day work week based in our Midtown Manhattan location

Care Managers help individuals achieve improved healthcare outcomes. Our staff provide field-based support that assists individuals with medical and behavioral health conditions through the following services:

Associate’s degree with 1 year of case management experience

High School Diploma with 2 years of case management experience
