Job summary
Watton Medical Practicehas an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our team.
There is more to our receptionist roles than answering the phone and making appointments.In this essential front-line role at the practice, receptionists help patients to access the right services, assist with keeping health records accurate and up-to-date, and ensure that appointment bookings are well-managed.Main duties of the job
Our reception team provides general assistance to the practice team and projects a positive and friendly image to our patients and other visitors, either in person, via telephone or our website queries.

We are a busy practice within a growing south Norfolk market town, not far from the coast and the city of Norwich, that offers affordable housing, a vibrant community, and good amenities. Our building is modern, purpose-built and spacious which allows us to be able to adapt services for our ever-growing list size.
The practice is part of the Breckland Alliance PCN consisting of three practices Grove Surgery and School Lane Surgery from Thetford and Watton Medical Practice.
