Main duties of the job
This role involves daily face-to-face and telephone contact with patients, carers and visitors, working within our friendly Care Navigator/ Administrations team.
Our key aim is to enable patients to interact with the Right Person for the Right Reason at the Right Time.
The hours will be up to 37 hours per week over 4 or 5 days and will include 8am starts and 6.30pm finishes on a rota basis.
About us
We are a long standing , busy surgery based across two sites. We currently have around 23000 patients. We have a large student population based at the Nottingham Trent University and a smaller diverse population at our Radford site.
