      You will be paid £15.92 per hour for day shift and £17.83 per hour for waking night shifts, after training completed (provided during recruitment)

      Part Time, days and waking nights based in Preston

      10 hour waking night shifts on a 1:1 basis

      Additional evening and early morning shifts to assist on a 2:1 basis

      Main duties of the job

      This role is a complex care role, supporting a 10 year old boy who has a Tracheostomy and is Ventilator dependent.

      The position is a part time position and involves waking night shifts on a 1:1 basis with some additional evening and early morning shifts to provide 2:1 care.

      Skills and Experience required of our Care Support Assistant:

      Excellent organisational and time management skills

      Strong written and verbal communication skills

      Attention to detail and accuracy in work

      Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

      Professionalism when handling confidential information

      Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

      Must be a driver due to remote location

      1 year experience in care preferred but not essential

      You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. Possessing a UK full driving license and having some previous experience would be advantageous.
