What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer prayer line calls and provide appropriate support based on caller communication
- Maintain a commitment to model Care Team Values in every interaction with ministry contacts
- Collaborate with other departments and effectively communicate solutions
- Support additional channels such as emails, chat, and text as necessary
- Meet and exceed minimum expectations for work production, quality, and team culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on ministry experience required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment required
- Solid understanding of scripture and strong knowledge of God's word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates degree (or higher) in biblical studies, theology, or equivalent
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Previous ministry training (volunteer, leadership, or staff training)
- Keyboarding speed of about 45+ WPM
