      Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX (Zip Codes 76111 & 76119)
      Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
      Assignment Duration: 6+ Months

We're looking for Career Advisors to join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering job seekers through career counseling, job readiness, and professional development.


      As a Career Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals assess their skills, discover their strengths, and connect with training, resources, and employment opportunities that lead to long-term success. Whether you're guiding someone to their first job or helping a professional pivot into a new career path-you'll be part of something that truly matters.

      What You'll Do:

      • Provide one-on-one career coaching and assessments to identify job seekers' strengths, interests, and barriers to employment.
      • Help customers create actionable career plans and connect them with workforce training programs and support services.
      • Educate job seekers on labor market trends, resume building, mock interviews, and job search strategies.
      • Support training and employment-related referrals, and guide customers through application and eligibility processes.
      • Track customer progress through detailed case management, documentation, and consistent follow-up.
      • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to connect participants with job opportunities and supportive services.
      • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards in all case files and data entries.

      What You Bring to the Table:

      • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
      • Experience in career counseling, case management, or workforce development is highly preferred.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills-especially with diverse populations.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using data tracking systems.
      • Able to manage multiple priorities with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
      • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
      • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
