Job Description
- Req#: 70855
- Conduct comprehensive career assessments for a broad range of individuals, from professionals to those with significant barriers to employment
- Evaluate job seekers' training and development needs, vocational skills, employment history, and interests to support long-term career planning
- Empower and guide job seekers by recommending appropriate workforce programs and services at the local, state, and federal levels
- Manage intake processes and determine eligibility for grant-funded workforce programs
- Provide support in career development areas including occupational exploration, aptitude assessments, resume building, interview preparation, and career planning
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in workforce development, career counseling, or a related field is a plus
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
