Department Overview:
SuccessWorks at the College of Letters & Science is responsible for providing career advising and internship/job search assistance to the approximately 18,000 undergraduate students within the College of Letters & Science. Among our many services, we offer career and internship advising, programming and events, undergraduate career courses, and growing connections to UW’s vast alumni network and employers. Anticipated Hours Per Week:
Minimum: 10 Maximum: 12 Schedule:
Weekly schedules occur during standard work hours (Mondays - Fridays between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm). Hours are flexible to accommodate a student’s schedule as needed. The intern may also be required to assist with some student programming or events outside of normal business hours. Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

Undergraduate student status for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters
Able to commit to a regular weekly scheduleKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Able to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail, and work independently or collaboratively to enhance events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Canvas
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Willingness to learn new processes and systems, ask questions, and seek solutions.
Shows initiative and proactively identifies and acts on opportunities to improve SuccessWorks programs and services.
Research and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrates commitment to diversity and creating inclusive learning opportunities.
Previous experience using LinkedIn Learning is advantageous.Position Summary/Job Duties:
Assist with communications in both for-credit and non-credit courses
Assist with the creation, maintenance, and organization of learning materials connected to technology platforms, including Canvas and LinkedIn Learning
Assist with efforts to create, maintain, and expand relationships with faculty and instructors throughout the College of Letters & Science
Research and present on benchmarks and activities of peer institutions throughout the Big10 and country
Complete other duties as assigned related to courses, events, logistics, and executionPhysical Demands:
